By using Orbit you agree to the following. Plain language, no surprises.

What Orbit is

Orbit reads public X data and produces a ranked, tiered list of accounts you might follow and reply to, plus a daily action batch. It is a suggestion tool. You perform every follow and reply yourself.

What Orbit is not

• Not an automation tool. It never acts on X on your behalf.
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp. or Twitter.
• Not a source of raw data — output is a derived, per-user analysis only.

Acceptable use

• Use it to grow your own accounts and projects.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the scraped datasets or follower graphs.
• Do not use exported lists for spam, harassment, or mass unsolicited contact.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Every analysis run shows an estimated third-party (Apify) cost before it starts and is subject to a hard monthly ceiling per plan. Credits, where offered, do not expire.

Availability

Orbit depends on Apify and on X exposing public data. If either blocks or rate-limits a request, a run fails with a clear message rather than retrying in a loop. Service is provided as-is, without warranty.

These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
